Lots of rain here where I just moved to, but temps are so nice, in the 70’s. Also, no waking up to 80 degrees with 90% humidity anymore. Nice crisp nights and mild days, even though rainy at times. Enjoying this nice weather while I can, as well as time with nearby family and friends. If you haven’t read it yet, check out the grand finale to my move out of Florida.

Being a child of the ’60’s and country AM radio I always love the song I Never Promised You a Rose Garden, and when it rains sing the words “Along with the sunshine there’s gotta be a little rain sometimes…” 🙂

I’m loving the rain myself. Such a change from where I lived … a grateful change. Unfortunately, I fell yesterday and now I’m nursing a sprained ankle. 😦 At least I’m not going through what my husband did. :-p

We’ve had high humidity and temperatures above 95 for 14 days. It’s a good thing I like it hot and steamy. 🙂 By the end of summer, I do look forward to fall, but not winter. I don’t like to freeze.
