      1. You know what’s “working” for me lately, Lori? Turning them off proved ultimately impossible for me in the long run. Now I allow them to exist as part of Presence, but then look deeper inquiring with these two questions: What do I really want now? and Is it the truth now? Amazing insights keep coming up and I can see through the stories more easily without just trying to get rid of them, if that makes any sense.
