Well hello there. I hope this blog post finds you well.Last week we took some time off to enjoy the fall weather.
Each little outing we attempted started out with mishaps. I mean mishaps to the point where we almost gave up and said, forget it, let’s not do it.We plunged forward anyway, and each outing turned out perfect.
For one of our outings we entered an enchanted forest. Or at least it felt that way.
I wondered if talking critters and pixies might approach us at any moment.
What does this have to do with bloggers and Dreams, like the title says?
Nothing. I’m changing subjects now.
Lately, I’ve found myself having dreams about my blogger friends. In one dream, I was at some sort of a bloggers convention. Anneli was there, and so was Angela.I remember asking Anneli (in the dream) if I was pronouncing her name correctly.
I also remember asking Angela how she was doing after having to say good by to her beloved Sunburst, the horse.
A few more of you were also there, but I couldn’t make out who was who. One seemed like she might’ve been Kate and the other Kathy.
This has happened before, dreaming about bloggers, and it tells me that you’ve all had a significant influence in my life, and I thank you.I may be scarce (or in and out) in the blogging world in the coming days. Hopefully I’m wrong, but I fear there are some tense days ahead. We’re going to need to take special care during the coming days.
Everyone stay safe and well.
You are right, definitely looks like an enchanted forest. Wonderful autumn pictures and it sounded like such a lovely walk. It is nice to dream of bloggers. Hopefully all of them are pleasant dreams. Take care and hope all is well, Lori.

Lovely photos. I have been trial running in the forest recently and the colours are so lovely!

Nice place to do your running, surrounded by the vibrant colors. 👍🍀

Your photos are wonderful! 🙂 I’ve had dreams about fellow bloggers before; sometimes they have been quite extensive.
I really hope that your tense days don’t materialise. 💛

Yes, my dreams can get extensive, too. My sleeping brain puts together entire stories sometimes. Thanks for letting me know I’m not the only one, and thanks for the well wishes. 🤞

I think I dreamed about you too! But can’t remember anything about it. Maybe last weekend or before?

Mine happened over the weekend, and there was a convention of us!

Love the photos! And I hope we were also eating pizza. Lol. I miss Sunburst something fierce, but I know he’s in a better place. His health had gone downhill over the summer. It was actually shocking. I kept hoping I could turn him around, but nothing I did worked. I’ve been reading other peoples’ stories to help with the guilt and so many of them have said “it’s better to be a day, week, month, even a year too early with giving them an ending they deserve, than a day too late.” It has helped. It would have been awful if I’d made him go through another winter. Thanks for sharing the photos!

Angela, thank you for sharing that quote you heard about guilt. It’s good to know in my situation with Max this year, too. I wrote a blog post not too long ago about how guilt is part of the grieving, and it eventually passes. I’m glad you’re getting help with reading other stories.
No pizza in the dream. I was walking around the bloggers convention gabbing too much, as usual.
Thanks for stopping over.

Yikes! I’ve never dreamed about bloggers. At least not yet! Hope they were sweet dreams!

Hi Kate. I must spend too much time with bloggers and not enough with real life people. Ha. Yes, it was a nice dream – a bloggers convention. I floated around talking to everyone, which is reflective of what we do online. I’m pretty sure I chatted with you in that dream, too. 😊

I’m laughing at Anneli’s response of your dream turning into a nightmare. LOL! Beautiful photos!

Hi Jill. LOL. It was no nightmare. Since I’m a social butterfly in situations like in my dream, I was floating around talking to all the bloggers at some convention. If you think about it, that’s kind of what we do online, float from blog to blog.
Thanks for checking out the photos. It turned out to be such a lovely day after a rocky start.

Lori, I’m flattered that I was in your dream. My name is pronounced like Anne with a Lee at the end, so ANNE-lee. My mother’s name was Anna, so Anne-li was like the smaller version of her. I hope your dream with me in it didn’t turn into a nightmare.;-)

Ha. No nightmare, Anneli. It was a fun convention of bloggers. I was doing my usual thing, floating around from person to person, talking to everyone and enjoying the camaraderie. Come to think of it, we kind of do that online – float around from blog to blog socializing. 😊

Yes, we do, and I like that very much.

Oh, wow, Lori, definitely an enchanted forest. Stunning photos! It makes sense how bloggers would enter your dreams. We spend a great deal of time with them. Like you say, “significant influence.” And yes, take care, Lori. I also feel it. Almost like bracing myself. Hugs.xx

Seems I’m not the only one feeling tension in the air, Erica.
I do spend a lot of time with blogger friends, and I miss them when I take time away.
Thank you for your kind words. 🤗💗
