Don’t worry, I’m not a politician running for any office, but I need your votes, so please read this post.
My novel has been accepted into the Kindle Scout campaign!
Update: This campaign has ended. Thank you to everyone who helped me out. My book has now been published and is available, HERE.
I’m pleased and excited to share the news with you all so you can get a peek at the novel I’ve been talking about for ages. I couldn’t decide what to do with it . . . search for a publisher or self-publish. So, I finally made a decision to start with something in between.
If you’re not familiar with Kindle Scout, they explain about it, here. But, I’ll share with you the particulars about my campaign.
When you go to the link above (or to the links provided throughout this post), it will take you directly to my novel. You will see the book cover (revealed in this post above) and a little blurb about the plot. Below the blurb is a button that says, NOMINATE ME! You have to be signed in to Amazon, but if you click on that button, you’ll place a vote telling Amazon you’d like to read more of my novel. And, THE BEST PART, if I win publication, you will receive a free e-copy of my book for your vote.
If you scroll further down my campaign page, you can read an excerpt, and below that is some info about me.
This campaign lasts for thirty days, so please, after you vote, spread the word for me.
If any of my blogging friends would like to mention it on your blog or share on your facebook, I’d be grateful and honored. I’d be happy to do a guest post or a guest interview if you’re at all into doing such things.
The reason my choice is in between seeking a publisher and self-publishing, is because I still had to do self-publishing work to enter the Scout campaign. If I get enough votes, Kindle will consider my novel for publication and do the marketing.
If you have any questions about me or my novel, Whit’s End, I’d be happy to answer in the comments below.
Thank you for your support.
I’ve again placed the official link below.
