Every autumn, the earth begins its cycle of release rest, and replenishment. Winter is a time for rest. Then comes the rebirth of spring. By summer, flowers are in full bloom.
Take cues from nature on nurturing the body. Days include periods of work, play, exercise and relaxation. Prepare for sleep by releasing the events of the day. Awaken refreshed for the new day.
Trees undergo a major transformation every year with what appears to be little effort. In a similar way, accept the cycles of life. Honor Divine nature working through us, as we are in a constant state of rejuvenation. ~ Partial reading from Daily Word
Beautiful, Lori! I could use a little rest and replenishment myself. Enjoy your weekend!

This is lovely, Lori. A nice way to ease the pain of summer’s passing. (Then again, I love fall, so it’s never too painful. But I like the warm weather of summer.)

It’ll be a nice change for me to experience change (seasons) for the first time in 27 years. 🙂
