A person who risks nothing, does nothing, is nothing … he may avoid suffering and sorrow, but he simply cannot learn, feel, change, grow or love. Chained by his certitude, he’s a slave; he has forfeited his freedom. Only the person who risks is truly free. ~ Leo Buscaglia

It depends on what you call risk. Some people may think that putting yourself out there on a blog is taking a risk. I don’t think the quote means to bungee jump or join the army or something. Hee, hee. And yes, those are also risks, but very different ones.

May we continue to risk. Even when we’re scared of risking.

Well doing okay in my life then in this regard haha It’s true though, too much of a comfort zone and never stepping outside the box is such a bore. Beautiful picture here!

Glad you liked it. I didn’t discover Leo until in my thirties. My mother-in-law introduced him to me. So glad she did.
