Well folks, mouse elbow is apparently the same type of pain as tennis elbow, and I’ve got it. It must’ve occurred because I’ve been back to doing a lot of writing, not to mention the addition of blogging and commenting on other blogs. Looks like I’m going to need to take a break this week from blogging.
Here are a few of the things I’ve been doing to help. If anyone has any other suggestions, please feel free to share them. I probably won’t comment this week though.
1) Icing
2) bio-freeze and/or Icy-hot at bedtime.
3) Wearing in elbow wrap.
Both me and my doggy Max are sore today. The poor guy is limping, and it’s his right front leg. We think he pulled something when he was running for the tennis ball out in the field over the weekend. If it doesn’t get better in a couple days, I’ll have to squeeze in a vet visit in between my two doctor visits this week.
I still plan to put up my Wednesday Wisdom quote, since it’s not a long blog. Won’t be able to comment though.
Thanks in advance for any comments. Blessings to everyone.
Lori .. I hope of all my heart that your arm and Max have became better. It’s a while since I visit here.

Yay, for mouse elbow if that means your getting work done. I love your blog and know that your writing is worth the work. I recommend stretching before sitting down to type, then again when you are finished. 🙂

I suggest arnica for both you & Max (child’s dosage pilules for Max just until you see improvement) – pilules/oral spray & cream for you – both from pharmacy or health food store, will heal quickly & assist to prevent deep tissue damage. Wishing you both a speedy return to the things you love.
